💵 Compensation: 65K - 80K DOE
🕗 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Branch Manager to lead our Brockton, MA location. The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing warehouse staff, coordinating inbound shipments and outbound deliveries, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is looking to grow with a reputable company.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide daily leadership and supervision to warehouse and branch staff
  • Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping materials
  • Coordinate inbound freight shipments, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and timely receiving
  • Schedule and oversee outbound deliveries, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time
  • Foster a customer-first environment by ensuring service standards are met or exceeded
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accuracy
  • Implement and uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures in compliance with company policies
  • Train, coach, and evaluate employees to maintain a productive and engaged workforce
  • Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and logistics teams to support business growth and efficiency
  • Identify and implement process improvements for workflow, cost control, and customer satisfaction

Who You Are:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of branch or warehouse management experience in a distribution, supply chain, or similar environment
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with inventory or ERP systems (experience with Prophet 21 a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active warehouse setting
