Position Overview

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our Norwell team. This role is essential to daily operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and a safe, organized warehouse.

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload trucks, transfers, and incoming shipments
• Pull, pack, and prepare orders accurately for delivery or transfer
• Use inventory systems and reports to maintain accuracy
• Assist with order verification and shipment checks
• Follow all safety procedures when handling materials
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
• Communicate any issues or discrepancies to management
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Basic communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience
• Experience with warehouse equipment
• Basic math/counting skills for inventory and order picking

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, and moving for extended periods
• Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Benefits

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
