Schedule: Full Time M-F 8:30-5:00

Position Overview
We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Client Experience Coordinator to join our Norwell showroom team. This role is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key part in ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
Front Desk & Client Experience
- Greet and welcome all showroom clients with a professional, friendly demeanor
- Answer and direct incoming calls; take messages as needed
- Serve as a liaison between clients and warehouse staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment
- Monitor and restock office and showroom supplies
Administrative Support
- Maintain open order reports for the sales team
- Manage Sales Associates’ calendars and appointments
- Process returns, damage claims, and shipping issues
- Handle showroom payments and daily cash reconciliation
- Coordinate delivery scheduling with the Branch Manager
- Assist with warranty claims and showroom events as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Outlook and calendar management skills
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (training provided)
- Ability to manage a multi-line phone system
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
Schedule & Benefits
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
